Family Focused Treatment Association's 31st Annual Conference in Chicago. The theme for this year’s conference was “Harnessing the Winds of Change” which is a reflection of the on-going changes occurring both in the child welfare field and at FFTA. The conference goal was to offer attendees the tools and skills needed to “harness” these changes and continue to improve the lives of the children and families served.
This year’s conference brought together over 700 leaders and professionals from across North America to share knowledge, inspire each other, and network. FFTA is always honored to provide a forum which promotes coming together as professionals serving hundreds of thousands of children, adults, and families in a shared mission of impacting the cycle of abuse, neglect and trauma affecting those served.
The workshops and speakers are chosen based on the ability to provide the opportunity to learn and experience effective models of care as well as new and emerging best practices in family-based treatment.
