Oregon Youth Transitions Funding 

Transition funds are meant to be short-term support that can make a long-term impact for youth ages 14-23 trying to grow steady and independent in and after foster care. Funds can be used for things like athletic or extra-curricular fees, supplies, automotive repair, and housing start-up kits. Make an Oregon Youth Help Request today to see what might be possible!
