Our two main conference packages (Shared Responsibility & Supporter Responsibility) start at $20,000 for 100 youth and 20 chaperones.

- Our young leaders are positive role models: All-Star Interns are trained, supported, and ready to engage young people in foster care.

- We partner with conference hosts to engage volunteers in your state to assist with supervision. These chaperones help with supervision of the young people.
- You know your youth best and they will feel more comfortable with you supervising them then some strangers.
- We offer an on-site orientation to all adult chaperones.
- We have standard procedures, like a solutions-seeking team, to help support youth who may be struggling during the event.
- Let's connect on the phone or via video chat. Erich N. Pitcher, PhD, our Training & Education Manager will gather some information from you during our first call. During that call, we will discuss:
- What's working about your event?
- What challenges are you facing with your event?
- How can we help?
- What knowledge, skills, and/or abilities are most important to youth in your state?
- Do you have a theme?
- What level of support do you think your event needs? A few workshops? A dynamic keynote? A panel? All of the above?
- Next, FosterClub will pull together a proposal and budget and present that to you. We can negotiate from there.
- Once we are under contract, we will schedule a briefing call and work together via a series of planning calls to make your event a success.
- We will recruit, select, and train a team of young leaders every summer who are ready to staff your event and engage with young people in your state. The day before your event, we will arrive and support you in having a successful event.
